When you book an appointment, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, the date and time of your appointment, and whether you would like an SMS reminder. When you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, which helps us keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information and our lawful bases
We use your information to manage and confirm your booking and to contact you about it — our lawful basis is performance of a contract with you. We send SMS appointment reminders only where you have opted in — our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. SMS reminders
